Derek Nash

Multi-award-winning musician, Derek Nash, is renowned for his energetic, vibrant, passionate and charismatic performances on all four saxophones: from sonorous baritone to soaring soprano.

A longstanding member of both the Jools Holland Rhythm and Blues Orchestra (since 2004) and the Ronnie Scott’s Blues Explosion, Derek also leads several acclaimed outfits: Sax Appeal (for over 40 years); funk/fusion band Protect the Beat; Latin ensemble Picante; and the Wonder of Stevie show.
