Barb Jungr

An award-winning, internationally lauded artist, Barb Jungr’s talent as a singer, composer and lyricist is only outshone by her ability to reinterpret familiar songs and reveal new depths of meaning and beauty.

Her numerous credits include several recordings dedicated to the work of Bob Dylan, and collaborations with US Emmy and Grammy award-winning pianist John McDaniel, percussionist / composer Kuljit Bhamra, jazz pianist Laurence Hobgood, and vocalists Mari Wilson and Claire Martin.

In her much anticipated debut at Hugh & Marion’s, she presents “My Marquee” – a collection of classic British pop songs, bands and songwriters who performed at the legendary Soho venue The Marquee, including The Who, Jethro Tull, The Yardbirds, alongside her favourite Leonard Cohen and Dylan songs.
