Andy Davies is an award-winning Welsh trumpeter, comedian, voice over artist and actor.
He has hosted the famous Wednesday night Ronnie Scotts’ Jam Session for over fifteen years, and performed internationally with jazz artists including Ian Shaw, Guy Barker Big Band,Tony Kofi, Nigel Kennedy, Ashley Pezzotti and Polly Gibbons. He has released several albums with his own Quartet, most recently the critically acclaimed ‘Rise of The Spidermonkey’, described as “more fun than a barrel of monkeys” by the London Evening Standard.
His voice can be heard regularly on several TV and radio channels including Channel Five, MTV and Cartoon Network. His film, ‘Louis Horne: The Secret Jazz Diaries’, has won several awards including Best Short Film Comedy at the London Film Festival.
